And in terms of unsecured propane cylinders, this video off a truck that stopped quickly on the Moscow ring road and lost it's load is pretty dramatic. No injuries, but the road took a few days to rebuild apparently.

I got my reality check early on,i was seventeen at the time,working in a foundry.sat on a mould I had made at brew time having a brew and sarnie,when all of a sudden the top blew off a co2 bottle,one of fifty to have just been delivered,it started to knock others over causing a chain reaction,ive never been so scared in my life,i hit the floor rather rapid,got hold of the bottom of a girder that was part of the building,pulled myself into the bottom of it ,and prayed.it seemed like for ever at the time,faulty valve top was the blame.after that I sat as far from them as I could.
