Hi, I brought a Damien 40000HF spot welder on flebay last year. So far have not used it much, but have a feeling that the timer is not working corectly. the maximum weld time it will go to is 0.5 second . Is there any one out there that knows these machines that could tell me if this is normal or should it go higher than 0.5 sec. This is the early model with 5 kHz inverter and 15000 Amp output. Damien website only gives details for 30000HF, and that goes to max of 1.0 second. I have been unable to get any help from the company by email and as I do not speak French no good trying to phone them. If any one has any Damien product I would be interested to know, as they seem to be very thin on the ground in UK. Regards to all. John
