Hi all,
Any advice is sincerely appreciated, I have a small business building bespoke wheelchairs, I rely heavily on my stamos ac/dc 200p tig welder. It has been a great set with faultless performance over the last two years, however I got careless the other day and touched the glowing tungsten onto my grinder cable, sending 240v back into the welder
The O.C ( open circuit?) light comes on when I press the torch in tig mode, or on permanently in MMA mode and the welder doesn’t work. I have checked the continuity of the leads and they are fine.
Has anyone made this error before? Can anyone help? I don’t currently have the cash flow for another decent welder so my fingers are crossed!
Thanks
Tomk
