Hi all, once again I`m hoping someone on here can help me! I currently have an `89 Mercedes G wagon that I`m converting from petrol to a slightly more modern turbo diesel. The problem I have is that while the engine will fit, the turbo is fouling part of the chassis, I`ve seen solutions for this by people fabrication a new exhaust manifold and moving the position of the turbo, this in its self is fine so I`ve bought some 12 millimetre stainless steel plate to use as the flange and this is where I`ve run into problems, my plasma cutter will cut it but its very untidy so not really much use, would anyone have any better ideas or even better does anyone know a company that could cut out the shape with a high pressure water jet? I`m in the North East of England, thanks in advance once again!! Richie
