Now just for the legs, I want stainless steel but I can't weld that and too tight to pay some one

Ok cool, I have an angle 9" angle grinder with diamond blade but cutter is good as the square edge will be much better.

How can I radius and polish the edges?

try a belt sander?

second hand or new floor scrubbing pads are excellent, them bigguns off industrial floor scrubbers. Recut them to fit, but angle grinders are fast--too fast.

That's interesting, didn't know they'd be tough enough to cut and polish granite
