Hitch Moderator Staff member Messages 13,280 Location England May 28, 2013 #2 If its awkward, plasma does okay. If its a large notch, careful use of a disc can do the trick, finish off te corners with a file for neatness.

N nickk Member Messages 5,045 Location Hay-on-wye May 28, 2013 #4 punches ,nibblers,even a saw/chisel. Just try & avoid anything with heat especially grinders as they burn the zinc & cause future rust spots.
