thank you for the fast reply. it's what it boiled down to hear but i took me 3 days and 12 people for you say in what few in a hours?!
is there a snowball chance in hell i could some how use my table saw(it what most people here say i could use but don't i have to lower the RPM and swap out the blade?:full)
(god people hear are mindless when you ask any metal Q.i mean where i live)
if your table saw is a circular wood working saw, then yes it will cut aluminium if it has a tungsten tipped blade quite easily. I have used a portable circular saw (again with a TCT blade as well) to cut up sheet 3mm aluminium, lubricating it with a spray of releasing oil now and again.
I cut 20mm plate in my table saw all the time. I use an 80 tooth carbide 10" blade and it works great. I found if i use less teeth on thinner alum it yanks the teeth out...Bob
paraffin is what you (I think) call kerosene, it is liquid, low viscosity fuel. As I said I use an aerosol spray of releasing oil (WD40 is a common U.K. brand)
