Cut n Shut a car PC program ?

Hi all, i have been looking for a program for taking an image from my phone and downloading it to the program to do this. Cut first image in half and then add a section to the middle by cutting the front and rear end off from another of the same image to fit in the middle make a limo.

If you know what i mean.

Any program suggestions i can download to do this?

You could use windows paint

If you are computer literate you could try gimp https://www.gimp.org/

biggest difficulty in making it look kosher will be the background and things seen through the windows

Can't find any clips on stretching a car but shrinking may give some inspiration .

One thing i am not is literate with tech at all. But i can learn it i guess if its tricky.

That much so i couldnt even work out how to do it on windows paint lol.

I'd suggest having a little play then spend an evening watching YouTube vids to gain inspiration and knowledge.

Doesn't take long to get the basics.
If you get stuck and can't work out how to achieve what's required there's plenty of people who will know.
