Hi there,
I would like to make myself a large steel pizza oven a bit like the photo below. They are twin walled with insulation between. They are normally stainless but I will be making mine out of mild steel. My big worry is the curved section. I don't have any equipment for rolling or bending so was hoping to make the vertical sections perhaps onto an internal box section frame and then weld on one side of the curved section on and just pull the second side over allowing it to form its own fair curve before welding it onto the other vertical section. Am I dreaming? and if not what sort of thickness of steel would I be likely to be able to go up to? Any other general advice would be appreciated.
Cheers
Colin
