CUCRZR CONTACT TIP ISSUE

Hi Guys ,when used 500A to welding ,the CUCRZR CONTACT TIP like this .Is normal or burned ? how to deal with it ?

That looks like it's coated in tip dip? It doesn't look burnt.

Thank you ,I think so .It should be relate to workpiece or copper oxide
