Hello all.
My apologies if this has been covered before but I'm having some difficulty understanding the exact process.
I'm seeking welding work and will be applying to do the Health, Safety and Environment test to get a CSCS card. As my welding qualifications have expired (TIG ASME 9 done in 2006 in South Africa) must I first get the basic card and from there complete the required process to attain a skillcard or can I go straight for the skillcard? (because you know how you just forget everything when the cert expires
)
I see there is little faith amongst tradesmen regarding the CSCS system but what can we do.
Many thanks for the assistance,
Robert
