Apparently they are frozen down to very low temperatures which removes the impurities from the metal making them more durable and resistant to drilling temperature, I think they are worth a try.

Would they be easy to drill without coolant without damaging the tip and go on to drill other hard metals, glass, and granite with the same drill bit.
