Six months old and giving issues. Naturally this happens when I have an urgent order to fulfil for a radio conversion module and I need to print a case!
I had an extruder jam reported, so I took it apart to find nothing. I then lost one screw and couldn't find it, so replaced it. I then started getting carriage jams in the Y direction, possibly the screw was in there somewhere. Got that resolved and started getting extruder jam messages once again.
Further investigation showed the extrusion motor running in the wrong direction, so filament was being loaded and then obstructed in the gears. A trawl around Reddit suggested that it is because the motor remains energised even in standby and overheats. I couldn't face a warranty claim and the delay saw me ordering a new motor from Amazon which arrived today. Hopefully, that will get me going in the morrow.
