We are facing a problem using Lincon controller LN10 along with power source Invertec V350 pro. Crater length is too high more than 10mm. We want to control it within 2-3mm.
Present setting is 23 V DC and current goes upto 220 Amps and wire is 1.2mm thick, wire feed 255 inch/min servo speed 14 mm/sec.
Also we are observeing ball comes on on the tip of wire.
Welding on/off is controlled by PLC and rotatry sevo axis on which part (Wheel) is clamped is also controlled by PLC.
We are continously in touch with Lincoln but yet they are not able to give us specific answer.
We need valuable suggestion from all.
