I was a bit bored last night so I made this puller to pull the non-drive side crank off my bike.
Thankfully my cranks are aluminum so I don't need to worry about damaging delicate carbon ones.
The plug goes in the end of the hollow spindle once the bolt is removed. The sheet of rubber goes between the tool and the back of the crank to avoid damage.
It seems to work well. I will need to make another tool when the time comes to replace the bearings (if I had been clever maybe I could have come up with a tool to do both jobs!).
Won't mean a lot to anyone who is not into bikes or familiar with campag chainsets but hopefully someone might be interested?
