Excellent video, But way over the top for only going to be used to deliver the knife, I think it would be better to sell them in a really nice quality pouch/sheath etc, No wonder they are so pricy.

Thats why i am looking around...

It was not so much the knives i watched it for it was creating packing or storage.

As with most things when i see a good product i could work with its in the states.

I have been trying and trying to find a supplier of the foam used for fishing pole rollers....i cant find even one.

I like the fact it demonstrates the multiple variations tried before an end product was achieved. I know a few on here do CNC stuff and it's easy assume you squirt some code and it all works first time.

I often find products that are commonly available in the USA but not here. It is a huge market place but it also seems there is higher percentage of people who are happy to pay what seems to be over the odds at face value for niche/bespoke product made in the USA.

https://nicksboots.com/ Is a classic example, custom made work boots costing $400-500 but the top end ones at that price are individually fitted to each foot and keep a form of your feet and will do strip and rebuilds. They have a 6-8 week lead time due to workload.
