anyone ever watch it . how come building controll never get slated for not doing there job properly when u have to pay them to sign work off at each stage of build ??all the jobs i go to there red hot

usually because the builder didnt tell them? BTW the BCO is employed by the owner not the builder.
I had one a few years back, left in the lurch by a dodgy builder, all over TV how they came in over a week and sorted it,
in fact the owners didnt pay the builder, (admittedly he was crap) and it took a month,
