Courses in Fife

Hello, my name is Gordon, and I have recently inherited my dads mig welder (cant recall the details), and i have really wanted to learn how to do some welding. But i have a fear that i will end up burning my eyes out or something.
So i was wondering if anyone knows of any evening coarses in welding in the fife are or in Dundee. I have looked at the local collages and they only offer part time enrollments which last a year. Not that im not willing to spend that amount of time doing it. Just that i dont have enough time to do that.
Even just wee sesions where ppl get together teach and pass ideas would be a good start i think.

have you had a look at the carnagie college and adam smith colege websites?

im sure they have night classes on

or why not just learn off this site, mig isnt too difficult

Tutorials on this site might be of use. Though it is much quicker to have someone else on hand for the first bit .
