Could the figures on my mig be wrong?

I never noticed it until I had a hired in mig but my migatronic won't run 1mm wire below 25v but I'm sure the jasic i had on hire would run it at about 22v is this a big deal? My migatronic puts down alot nicer bead with far less spatter.

Could just get it calibrated. Lots of places do it now as it's a requirement in 1090 and doesn't cost much.
