Thanks, I have loads of bits of Acetal/Delrin but I think it is one of the worst plastics for gluing sadlyRobin I may have a small round block of delrin at home which could be suitable for machining.
(Don't know how it would bond on though)

I will draw it up in fusion and then should be able to export to a suitable format, whatever that may be?I can give it a go in Nylon 66, PETg or a potentially poor print in ABS, but I can try. Are you sending an .stl or do we need to design it too?
Superglue would be fine if it worksThat looks better from the perspective of withstanding some load. I don't think PLA is affected by acetone in the same way ABS is so either your bit needs printing in ABS or joined using superglue. (IMHO).
