Couger 5 or Argoshield Light?

... as the title says. I've found two suppliers of welding gas locally, one from BOC and the other from Air Products. Which of these two gases is more suitable to body MIG welding?? any preferences out there?!

I thing there both more or less the same. There is a tread on here about the different gas types.

They're exactly the same thing. Go with whichever company offers a better deal or is easier to get to. There's a table of compositions here and other info here
