Cosworth radiator and intercooler

Got to admit end tank joins are a bit of a struggle, maybe an experience thing? Cleaned them real good, radiator tested at 20 psi, customer was standing over me while finishing the intercooler no test, finished yesterday 6.30, got the photos of them in the car last night

It's currently what I am for a few people, until my garage extension is built it is low key, when complete a treadle guillotine and a box pan folder will take me to the next decision of finding a weekly wage on my own is for me or not,
hopefully I'll still be able to see by then

Last peice for the weekend my hands are starting to shake which normally means I've overdone things, a cosworth header tank, measured with a 3d scanner drawn up and sent to me ready to weld

What is your torch setup? I find the Fronius water cooled torch a bit clunky and was thinking about trying an aftermarket CK type setup.

Binzel wp 20 flex ignore the black tungsten I've got into the habit of striking up first on a peice of scrap if ive left the welder for some reason or next day to make sure everything is as it should be, in this case I hadn't turned the gas back on, saves a mental melt down lol

Does anything look as good as tig welded aluminium joints?

Ck will be more expensive, I think they have a slightly higher coolant flow, binzel is what Alistair Moore stock and buy in so its what I get, if I was buying a gas cooled torch I'd go ck, nothing ive seen comes close
