Correct tank valve for a BOC tank?

hi, i have this gauge as part of a deal i got on a Ferm 130 welder.
What kind of tank can it be used with, is it for use with Argon?

That would work with argon, argon mix or oxygen as long as the pressure rating is high enough. Does it say 232 bar or 300 bar anywhere on it ?

Dial goes to 315 bar, nothing on unit says 232 or 300 anywhere else? , if i turn the black knob completely out it says LPM

The pics show a red line at 200 bar on the gauge, that's it's max working pressure. While it'll physically fit a BOC cylinder they fill to 230 bar at 15 Celsius
