Copper clad aluminium wire

I've had to jump start quite a few people this winter, and I've never actually had my own jump leads, I seem to be crazy enough to put new batteries on all my cars

I can jump start myself at a flick of the switch with 2 batteries now so I didnt really want to spend a whole lot on them and I've got some 25mm2 CCA ones,

Is CCA ok for the occasional use or will they be dangerous and melt?

They're good for 150+ amps continuous so a few seconds cranking an engine over will be fine
