Copper cable, PVC insulated

Hi Gents,

I Run a small welding supplies shop, Looking for a new source to buy copper cable PVC insulated. Maybe 500m at a time.

Any one know wheres best to try. Been to SWP however the cable i got from them was well underweight on copper. No Good.

Try VWP, they sell it in lengths and might do you a deal on full drums. Vehicle wiring products. or somewhere like ASL.

I'm not being sarcastic (honest) but try a google search ...."welding cable suppliers",last year i wanted some thick cable to run a winch on the Land Rover,i used welding cable for that and that came from "all welding supplies",i think there in Walsal west midlands,they were much cheaper than anywhere else,probably even more so if you buy a roll.

cleveland cable company . if they have a depot near u. trouble is its not exacly a large amount u require so arent going to get much discount for volume

Presume you want to be going to a cable manufacturers rather than buying off another welding suppliers?

Drainage strikes again,i used to work near they're main depot in kent,i remember someone getting squished by a big drum of cable , hope they,ve cleared him up by now.
