Conveyor Coating (Food Industry)

I have a four rollers that need coating. Food industry use for rolling dough. So non stick would be ideal.

No idea how the originals are done. They're a green colour and feel like plastic not paint.

I'm wondering if it's a sprayed on Teflon then cured or something.

Yes teflon coated stainless steel, this is who used to do them for us.

Thanks paul. Although these rollers (original - possibly 30 years old) are just mild steel.

Just rollers or Marbill might have something that will be perfect... But they will want to recoat the rollers themselves

This lot do all sorts of food safe coatings, last time I was there they were blasting and coating 100s of baking tins for a major bakery. They are in Welwyn Garden City
