I just bought a tig welder, the model is cigwdld weldstill 200 ac/dc, maybe I was deceived, which is very bad, but I don't want to contact the seller. The problem with the machine is that it can be used, but as soon as it enters welding or the inverter outputs voltage, the control becomes disabled, so if you want to adjust the data, you must turn it off before starting. I need the drawings for it, it's a digital welder, it might be a little difficult to repair, but I've been able to repair home appliances before, so maybe I can give it a try, thanks.

Thank you very much for your reply. This seems to be a circuit block diagram. It reflects the general logic principle. It can be used to determine which part has the problem. This board is made of SMD originals, so maybe what I need is a circuit diagram.
Unfortunately, during yesterday's inspection, I damaged its fast recovery rectifier module and a TL074 operational amplifier IC, so I have to buy these two original parts before I can proceed with the next step. The problem seems to be in the current detection link. When there is no current output, its linear Hall sensor output is non-zero, so the microcontroller thinks that welding has started, so it stops the control operation.

The front panel of the SIP looks very similar to your CIGWELD, perhaps the internals are the same, and maybe the Hall sensor is the cause of the problem.

Thank you very much for your reply. This welding machine of mine is indeed very similar to that one. The operation panel, internal layout, transformer used, etc. are all very similar. I suspect that they are the product of the same scheme. The circuit board is very thick and has very thick insulating paint (so that it is difficult to measure the voltage), and it looks very sturdy.
It seems that for this type of welding machine, the current sensing Hall failure rate is indeed very high.
