Connecting gas to welder

Okay, sure this has been asked before but i want to check anyway.
Got a clarke 120e, got my 10 ltr argon/co2 bottle ready, now how do i connect gas up to welder?
It's got a skinny little tube in the back, which i presume is where the gas goes in and is alright for disposables. What about for non disposables?
I know i need a regulator, what about hoses? blow back valve, is that required?
Single or twin guage?
I've got a diving tank i use for my airgun fill up so i've a rough idea!
Help please chaps!
Oh, am i okay buying guages off ebay or can anyone recommend somewhere?

Weldequip is the man to contact you need a valve with two gages preferably as this tells you contents of tank and flow rate. Then you need a hose that end in a 4mm push fit (enter right name here) Blow back aerators are only needed on gas cutting kit
