Ah yes, quite alot of those on the french roads here.....frigging dangerous too if you ask me, they have a normal license plate in france so you don't notice it untill you're almost ..

bit faster in UK but the same sort of thing... hay its what i have!

I get some engine spares from a tractor shop... best thing about it really that engine, my first did 90K and was still going strong.

They were quite popular where I lived in france too - a fair few 14 year olds chose them over a moped to putter around...

You can braze using oxy propane 9 or acetylene and flux... I used to do it annual for mot on several bikes.... It spits and is not really pleasant, but is doable with gas.. .. I found a quick clean where possible and then heating and add flux until the braze just starts to flow worked well

If you already have the equipment give it a go gas rods and flux are pretty cheap

Nopt i use plain propane for heatign copper to aneal it then hammer it into submission. So MIG is my best bet for now ..thanks for the info.
