Now then lovely folks, just trying to order some roofing sheets, either ply or OSB, ready for the new garage and it will be felted.
So, timber sheets are 8x4, or 2440mm x 1220mm. So why is my roofer insisting on 450mm centres for the joists? Apparently it's the standard....but 2440 or 1220 doesn't divide by 450 without board edges ending up in fresh air...which means no support for the joints.
Confused
