Condensation on my Regulator

Hi, I'm using a two stage\gauge regulator, and a flowmeter .
Done about 20 mins of flow and when I went to dismantle I noticed condensation on my reg. Before any one says too much pressure , the cylinder tank is turned on very low, the reg. isn't even showing 1 bar output, and the flow through the flowmeter is 10-20 litres a minute.
Should there be condensation and should I be concerned?

It's a natural consequence of dropping gas from a high to a low pressure. The greater the pressure drop and or flow, the greater the temperature drop.

As long as the regulator isn't freezing up you'll be OK. Some regulators where really high flow rates are encountered are fitted with a heater.

Hi, I'm using Nitrogen.

It's the same way as fridge works a gas/liquid compressed and being released through a small orifice into low pressure will do that.
