Concrete block requirements

I need to calculate the amount of blocks (and associated mortar ingredients) required to make a wall that is 3.5m long and 2m high, but... I want to lay the blocks flat, with the 4" edge facing you when you look at the wall. like this:




I've found plenty of block calculators online, but they are for regular block walls...

How would I go about figuring this out?

You need 165 blocks by my calculations.

If the blocks for instance are 8 inch high but calculator only works for 4 then double it or what ever it needs multiplying or dividing by

I guess blocks are 8.5 inches high, so I should double the required number, plus a few extras. The calculators all come in at around 70 blocks for that wall, regular way, so 165 sounds sensible. Thanks for the help folks.
