Complete Newbie!

Hello,

I've spent loads of time looking so I thought it was about time I registered!

I'm starting to play with MIG welding after having been donated a Cosmo welder (not the best I know but it was free!). Being a complete novice has anyone got (or know where to get) a manual for it?
