Can't answer the silver line question as I refuse to buy it but if something I do buy or a service I use isn't up to scratch I'm not one for letting it go. We don't earn our money easily so we should get what we want when we part with it. If people are happy throwing new tools away that's fine but I'd be taking it back for cash. How come people go to the bother of complaining to tesco about a carrot being a bit off colour, yet silverline is still trading?
