Hello everyone!
I am new on this forum and i am from Slovenia and my english is not very good, so I apologize in advance.
Well, recently i have bought http://www.varstroj.si/index.php/varmig-1805.202.html and now i want to make buggy from 40x40x2 RHS and fi33,7x3,2mm tubes. I have welded now for about 2hours but only on 2mm thick scrap metal and the sound is exactly like frying bacon
This are my today welds. According to welding calculator I chose setings number 2 for 2mm thick steel, I am guessing that is about 90amps. CO2 flow is 8l/min.
Amperage range is 75 - 180A, 6 setings.

Brown stain is there because i didn't held torch right.

Would you drive offroad buggy with this welds?
Is my torch movement speed right? If I travel slower i get burn trough (I can see my weld sagging in) , if faster I can not get good penetration.
This is a poor image of penetration

Any comment apreciated!
Thanks in advance!
