Hi All,
About 18 months ago I bought a Cobel tig200, and its just sat boxed up in the corner of the workshop unused ever since.
This week I had a job to do, and thought I'd give the unit a try, it works fine on DC, but on AC I just get an initial attempt to start an arc, the internal points arc, then the fault light comes on, I've tried many combinations of settings to no avail.
I've had a look inside for loose connections etc. but all seems OK, and no sign of burned components.
Anyone any idea where to look for the fault, or where I could take it for repair, obviously its out of what worthless warranty there was.
Cheers.
Pete
