CNC Plasma machine

I have a Hypetherm plasma cutter machine and I'm looking to make a CNC table of about 4ft x 4ft for my machine to operate from and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas, experiences or source a set of plans to build the thing? Thank's.

To be honest you are best with the CNC forums (both UK and US) as there are tons of users who have built machines and give full run downs of drawings and build logs.
