are all 3 phases ok after the breakers at 415 volt across the phases

Not checked yet bit late tonight.

at the main 3 phase supply breaker and check all the cartrige fuses to the right of it

You need to find the transformer that supplies the 110v control voltage

Could be off the big one at the bottom, looks like it has multiple tappings, it does sound like you've dropped one leg of the 110V supply so as @brightspark says, check the fuses on the right.

It may be transporting it has shook something loose so check terminals for tightness and fuses seated properly.

I just checked the voltage going into the controller and it is 66 volts or something. Should be 110v.

Just a thought, some control voltages come off a winding on the transformer so you get 110V between the lines, but can get odd readings if you try to measure between the 110V lines and neutral or earth terminals

It's great there are so many old school people on here who know about all this stuff. I wouldn't have attempted something like this without so much support from this forum
