Clothes line airer winder handle widget required

Clothes line airer, pulled up and down on thin rope and pulleys, works well but is bloody heavy and awkward to use, wife really struggles with it.
So I am after something like this ebay advert, but I don't want to pay the 85 quid they are listed at!
Soo any ides of something that will do the same job for less, preferably much less.

Thank you, that will do the job just fine, so tried to buy it, but their website refuses to accept that I do not have a landline number, so ebay got the order instead, for less money as well!
