Clevis pins 10mm x 55mm ?

Have just collected a fold-away motorbike trailer
All very nice, but it's held together by DIY clevis pins ( 10mm mild steel bar with 25mm disc welded at one end, other end drilled for an "R" clip)

Does anybody know where I can buy a dozen "factory" clevis pins size 10mm x 45mm ? (or 10mm bolts I can chop & drill to make pins?)
Also would like to find some some decent "over-center" (Lynch ?) pins rather than use the budget "R" clips that came with the trailer.
Cheap would be good, I know it will cost but I'm not wanting to spend a fortune

Try your local agricultural supplies shop, the ones near to me have a big selection of clevis pins and lynch pins
