So...over the weekend apparently someone had done some form of soda blasting in the yard I'm based in. No one will own up to it and there's no cctv, but there is a freshly blasted truck chassis suspiciously close to where i park the crane.
Looking for a good, paint friendly cleaning solution. I've given it a go with a clay bar today while on site waiting for ainscough to do their bit and make way for us, but it's hard going.
TFR and a jet wash at 0430 this morning didn't really touch it. I've cleaned the glass with a razor scraper but obviously don't want to use that on paint/plastic. Wondering if a toffee wheel would work?
All suggestions appreciated as I take pride in this crane, it's the cleanest in our little fleet of 7 in our yard followed closely by my mate that is also looking to clean the same stuff off his.
Pic for attention
