I've recently bought a second-hand 90en which i'm very pleased with however the swan-neck on the torch isn't secure - i've had a look inside the torch and it's quite a loose fit - is it in need of replacement or should it be secured in some way?
There's a little grub screw in the brass gas block that secures the swan-neck. Sometimes the necks work loose & if nothing is done about it you can get 'arcing-out' on the neck which destorts the fit into the block; not the end of the world if it needs replacing, around a tenner & readily available.
