Clarke spares

I needed a new column for my Clarke 301B pillar drill as I cut the original down (too much !). I sent an email asking for price on Sunday and got a reply first thing Monday. Then rang to place order around midday Monday. Today the part was delivered at 11.00am.
Less than 24hours from order to delivery so Clarke spares get a thumbs up from me (plus part was reasonable price too)

At least they knew what you were on about!

Emailed them with a list from their parts list for the CBS45MD on Friday. Monday I was replied to, giving an alternative email to send it to. Tuesday I was replied to asking for me to use the workshop diagrams attached as the part numbers were different to the ones in the manual.

Eventually got there, but why do companies insist on changing part numbers??

Probably because they changed supplier from one Chinese factory to another
