Hi. Iv been reading on here for a while and was looking for a little help.
My clarke pro90 is running like crap
It welds about an inch fine then the wire feed slows down to a judders stop and when it is doing this the welds get colder and colder

Any ideas

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere. I'd open it up and check them.

Iv had it open and gave everything a good shuffle, re connected all the spade connectors and shouted at it a bit. But it still won't play.
It seems like it is loosing power after an Inch or so of weld. It's like it's struggling with delivering the power.
I forgot to mention this happens on all power settings.

I have also given it a service consumables wise contact tips and the like. Aswell as a new ground clamp.

a few years ago I had a bad joint where one of the connections for the wire feed joins the choke/ earth clamp power lead connection has coroded, I made and fitted an new connection and its been fine now
