Just a brief history... Bought s/h about a year ago... Was new in 08. So not sure how much use it had before I got it tbh...
I've done afew small jobs, outer sills, patched a small hole in a car floor and used a couple times to modify the handbrake mech on my trailer.
Seems to have developed a wire feed problem now though, done some searches and reading on here, I've opened it up and checked to see if the feed motor was the problem as I understand the plastic gears can cause problems, but it seems to be fine, So come to the conclusion that its probably time to replace the liner,tip etc?
Just wanted a more experienced persons opinion, as Im still abit of a newbie at this welding malarky...
