Has anyone used one solely with either paraffin or diesel with no long term problems ie rubber seals in the pump breaking down?

Been using mine for years with kerosene from the heating tank. no problems.

Had washers for a large 50 years used kero 10 gall & 1 of petrol never had one stop yet we mod ours so the pick up is in a BIG air filter (think BIG quarry machines) for a decent sized washer on a 205 ltr drum
The pick up is from the centre of filter makes the liquid last 3\4 times as long, never tried returning the dirty to cent & pick up from outside as the units we use don't lend themselves to that, could be better as all the dirt could be removed in the filter.
Find a nice plant fitter to save you a few air filters the ones we get are from quarries about 2Ft 6ins long & 10\12ins across Blow the dust out there will be a lot
