Hi All......New to the forum. Can anyone tell me size/spec of this reducer from the outlet of my SE16C150 Clarke compressor please? Managed to damage the thread during the house move .
So the white plastic liner is not part of something else in the thread reducer? The larger thread which extends out of the compressor was snapped off so I have no idea if there was a non-return valve or something similar in there?
It looks like a reducer, possibly 1/2" to 1/4" BSP male to female with a 1/4" male to 1/4" male adaptor screwed in, and sealed with a liquid sealant. (Too neat for PTFE tape)
Measure the OD of the larger thread and we'll have more idea. Or, take it to a plumbers' merchant.
Clarks do replacement parts for your machine.
Google them, contact their spares and you will get one in a few days in the post.
You will be able to find a parts list, then you can identify it.
It may give you the size as well.
