Clarke 175TE, Wire Feed Problem?

Hi guys i bought a Clarke 175TE about a year ago and just never bothered with it, thought screw it this weekend im using it to sort my exhaust anyway i put a new metal feed in when i bought it and im pretty sure ive lost a bit as the wire is kinking everytime i try to use it, i have put a pic up the wheel is there its just not in the pic but there is 2 screw holes beside the wire feed and this is where its kinking so i presume something should be there???

Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

The liner should extend as close to the rollers as it can get. That supports the wire after the rollers and stops it from buckling.

Might be you've fitted the wrong type of liner - I'd not expect a fitting with a screw thread on the end.

The screw holes just support a clamp to stop the liner being pushed up the torch - you could probably make one out of a bit of metal with a couple of holes in it.

A cable clamp out of a 13 amp plug might fit. Find a piece of tube to take it closer to the feed roller and slot into the end of your sheath.
