Hi after a mig welder for at home for car bodywork and a few other jobs i like the clarke 160tm and the sealy supermig 150 whats the difference really apart from the price and advice much appreciated thanks
My vote would be the Clarke, that model is well liked and has proved for many to be an excellent machine, loads of outlets for future consumable replacements shrouds, tips, liners etc.
I have that sealey, got a brilliant deal on it do snapped it up
Takes 5kg rolls without an adaptor and is set up for big bottles (I have a 9l size and there's room for bigger)
So far I've not done much but I've welded a new inner wing and a few surrounding bits on my astra and I didn't struggle, I've not welded for 10 years until then
