Hi
Few questions, anyone use this welder that can tell me best settings for car welding,will be doing repairs to the floor on a old moggy minor, I'm using 0.8 wire, what sheet metal is best for this repair 1.2mm or 1.25 ?
And what settings should I set my mig to

the suggested settings are on page 28 of the manual

don't think you'd notice the difference between 1.2 and 1.25mm sheet steel, although it is recomended that you use metal that is the same thickness as the original panels. some people also prefer to use 0.6mm wire on car bodywork, but some people prefer 0.8mm wire
